5-7-5 Haiku
Complete the 5-7-5 Haiku exercise in today’s post, read the haiku I wrote, then leave a comment for discussion.
Breathe in for five seconds, exhale for seven seconds, then breathe in again for five seconds. Do this breathing exercise five times in a row, focusing only on your breathing and nothing else.
Now look around you and write a haiku about what you see. (Here’s some information about haiku if you’re interested.)
