I find it highly unlikely you’ve missed all the headlines about wildfires raging across the globe this year, with experts claiming they’re a result of climate change. But on the off chance you have missed those headlines for whatever reason, please enter the phrase ‘wildfires 2023 and climate change’ into a search engine to get up to speed. Because today’s post is about pausing to ask ourselves: Can we do anything about wildfires? Or climate change? And to get as practical as possible about our answers.

Sure, today’s questions sound simple enough to answer, but I’m asking them anyway because I believe a lot of us aren’t doing enough about climate change, mainly because of how daunting combating it really is and seems to your average person. So, let’s take a moment and get real about what we’re really doing, as individuals, about climate change. There are tangible things we can do. And we need to start feeling more empowered to do them.
