What do you do to slow down and calm down in the midst of daily pressures and chaos? And do you make decompressing a daily priority? Why or why not?
It's no secret by now that doing things like meditating, exercising, getting enough sleep, and turning off your phone from time to time can help your overall physical and mental health. But do you really make it a point to slow down and decompress each day? To manage your stress and self-care?
