Don’t worry. This post won’t be another basic ‘How to…’ article clogging up the internet. Instead, it will help you pause for a moment and sort through the best way you can identify and set your own goals for yourself.
Below is a list of things I keep in mind when identifying and setting my own goals. Most of the items on this list probably won’t be new to you. But I hope reading this list will permit you to sit still long enough this week to remind yourself about what matters to you and what you’d like to accomplish, so you can reflect, then refresh, if need be. Or maybe you’ll want to save this post and refer to it at a later date. Either way, I hope it helps.
