Should public libraries guarantee quiet spaces?
When and why did libraries stop being quiet? Without libraries guaranteeing quiet spaces, will we ever be guaranteed quiet spaces?
First, let me make it clear that I LOVE LIBRARIES. I will always support public libraries. I believe public libraries should always remain a free hub for citizens, that they should offer diverse free resources, and that they are central to any flourishing society.
