Here are six things to avoid when writing book reviews:

1. Extensive Book Summaries

Chances are high that I know what a book is about by the time I read a review about it. Chances are even higher that I’ll be able to easily find a summary of it somewhere online if I’m interested in reading it, too. And I don’t know about you, but I don’t read book reviews…
